WRITER
PHOEBE MATTANA is a queer, non-binary writer and filmmaker based in NYC with a passion for telling stories about LGBTQIA+ individuals and women. Their prose work has been supported by the Tin House Summer Workshop and the Vermont Studio Center; they’ve written sketch comedy for house teams at The PIT and UCB; their film scripts have placed at competitions such as Cinequest and The Scriptation Showcase; and their films have screened at festivals worldwide. They graduated from Williams College with a B.A. in English.
